What is a PVC? No, it doesn't stand for Pretty Valuable Collectible. It's polyvinyl-chloride, a type of plastic used to make everything from computer parts to plastic pipes. Most importantly to collectors, PVC plastic is used to make toys, namely these small figures of favorite characters from movies and television shows.
